For budget-conscious travelers, the hotel is a good choice. the rooms are clean, and the breakfast was great. the location proximity to the conference center and city center is a huge plus.
The surrounding area was a bit run down, and the facilities appeared to be in need of refurbishing.

It's cheap (for Porto Alegre), the breakfast is good, it's in a well lit part of the city area and close to the Hotel Plaza São Rafael Convention Center. Most staff friendly and speak some English.
Very basic, rooms and corridors could do with brightening up / updating.

The price was great for what we got. The room was basic but clean, and the breakfast was actually quite good. The location was very convenient, especially if you need to attend conferences or events at the nearby Sao Rafael Conference Centre. It was just a short walk away, which saved us a lot of time. the hotel provided good value for money.
The general condition of the hotel could use some improvement. It could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some redecoration.
